No Impressions Shown in Linked Accounts

What is the issue?

You may encounter a situation where impressions are not being shown in linked accounts.

What causes the issue?

There can be many reasons why your account might not be receiving impressions. Here are some examples:

  • Campaigns/Groups/Keyword/Creatives are paused
  • Keyword bids are too low
  • Creatives disapproved
  • No active keywords
  • No active creatives
  • Unpaid publisher invoices

How to fix the issue

You can check the possible reasons described above.

  • If there is impression data in the publisher but not in the Platform, please contact our Support Services team, who will be happy to help investigate.
  • If none of the above are causing your account not to receive impressions, you should contact someone at the publisher.
