What is the issue?

When working with bulk uploads in the Platform, you may come across this error message on the Preview screen:
 

What causes the issue?

There are a couple of potential factors that can cause this problem:
 

• Blank rows in your bulk upload file or an incorrect column header
• Advanced or special characters that aren’t accepted in bulk upload format (for example # or “)

How to fix the issue

Check the upload file and remove any blank rows or additional spaces, incorrect columns headers or characters that aren’t compatible with bulk upload format, and then upload the file again in the Platform.
