Dimension Data Not Rolling Up in Dimensions Tab

What is the issue?

You may notice that dimension data is not rolling up in the Dimensions tab even though you ticked the Tagging and Rollup mode in Advanced Settings.

What causes the issue?

This problem is most commonly caused by having publisher accounts in different time zones. When the publisher accounts linked to the platform are in different time zones, the Dimensions tab may not display the roll-up of data. That's because the platform needs a 6-hour window between publisher data pulls to generate the required database tables to roll up dimension data.

How to fix the issue

There are three available workaround options:

  1. Adjust the time zones of the publisher account to ensure there is at least one 6-hour window between data pulls.
     
  2. Split the publisher accounts into separate MarinOne client accounts by region.
     
  3. Use the Dimension column in object tabs (Keywords/Groups etc.) to report on the roll-up via web queries.
