Yahoo Gemini Bidding & Url Builder Support

Marin is pleased to announce bidding and URL Builder support for Yahoo Gemini, helping customers to expand their audience reach through mobile search and native advertising channels. Mobile search bids are calculated at the keyword level, while native advertising bids are calculated at the group level based on user-defined targets and rules. Customers can single, multi, and bulk edit bids in Marin, as well as manually edit creative-level URLs, for improved workflow. Finally, URL Autocorrect support is also available for keywords and creative.

Bing Keyword Destination URLs For Easier Tracking

For easier keyword-level tracking in Bing, Marin now supports Keyword Destination URLs. Customers who have been using {param1} values as their keyword destination field may choose to enable this feature to sync and push Keyword Destination URLs instead. These URLs provide keyword conversion tracking for Bing and are supported by Marin’s URL Builder and Autocorrect features. Please note that {param1} values will continue to sync and push to Bing, so it is not necessary to switch if you are happy with your current setup.

Bing Sync Speed Enhancement

Marin has partnered with Bing Ads to improve data sync performance. This client config feature will leverage new technology to reduce the time needed to sync campaign, group, keyword, creative, and ad extension publisher data from Bing down into Marin. Initial tests have shown an improvement of up to 200%. We will be rolling out support in phases to ensure everything goes smoothly, and will announce this improvement to customers in a future release. If Bing sync time is a pain point for your customer, please contact Derek Yuan to request they be opted into the beta.

Single-Create Bubble For Google Sitelinks

This feature allows clients who have the Google sitelinks reporting feature enabled to single-create sitelinks in the sitelinks SmartGrid, and associate them with campaigns and groups. Please note this feature is currently supported for Google only.
