Marin Social: August 3rd 2018 Release Notes

Marin Social now Offers Full Support for Video Ads on Twitter

With this release, we've enhanced Marin Social with full support for Video Ads on Twitter. With video fast becoming the premier form of content consumption on the web, this update gives you the opportunity to maximize your video presence on Twitter. 

Available for Twitter campaigns leveraging the Video Play objective, you're now able to upload your video as a creative asset directly to the platform, add a call-to-action link, and your video description.



Facebook's Bid Strategies get a facelift

Spend is one of the most important factors in any Facebook Ads campaign, so keeping it closely monitored is essential. With this update, we're rolling out full support for Facebook's updated bid strategies. Each of the new strategies has been designed to make choosing your approach to Facebook bidding a little more straightforward. The new options are:

  • Lowest Cost with Cap
  • Auto Bid (Lowest Cost Without Cap)
  • Target Cost Bid
