You may notice a failed Activity Log job which returns the following error message (or a variant thereof):
This issue is usually caused by a corrupted revenue file being upload to the platform. In order to confirm this, simply download a revenue file for a previous day (where the job was successful) from the Activity Log and compare it to your failed job.
If you notice that your failed revenue file has errors or has become corrupted compared to successful files, please fix these errors, then replace the corrected file in the usual location to be re-uploaded. Please also alert our Customer Support team to ensure this process runs smoothly.
