When comparing an All Clients Report to a client-specific report, you may notice that the cost and revenue data values are different, even though the impression, click and conversion data is the same.
If the impression, click and conversion data matches between the two reports, but the currency metrics do not, this usually suggests that the two reports are being viewed using different currencies.
Because you cannot change the currency of a report template, we recommend that you recreate the report criteria using the grid’s View Builder and Create Report functionality, ensuring that you use the correct currency.
Provided the currencies are the same between the All Clients and the regular report, all of the data should sync up perfectly. If you are still seeing discrepancies, please contact our Support team who will be happy to help.
