Past Hour and Past 24 Hour Reports are Not Available

What is the issue?

When opening the Past Hour or Past 24 Hour reports, you may encounter the following error message:

The requested report is not available.


Note: This article is for Platform Tracker clients only.

What causes the issue?

The above error message means that the report is still being generated. Past Hour and Past 24 Hour Reports are generated every hour, at the top of the hour and include data from the previous hour. For instance, if you reached the landing page at 1:57 PM, open the report after 2:00 PM.

How to fix the issue

It usually takes about 15-20 minutes to fully process these reports. If, for example, you reached the landing page at 1:57 PM, then please wait until 2:00PM for the report to be processed, and report will be ready to download and open after 2:20 PM.
