"Error Processing Items - Could Not Execute JDBC Batch Update" (Google only)

What is the issue?

Periodically when working in MarinOne, you may experience the below error:

"Error processing items: Could not execute JDBC batch update"

What cases the issue?

This error is caused when unlinking a Google publisher account fails in the Activity Log. This error is due to a “creative_id cannot be null” issue.

How to fix the issue

Please submit a ticket to Marin's Customer Support team and we can apply a simple fix.
