"CARTOP_TYPE_BULK_SYNCING" (Microsoft Ads only)

What Is the Issue?

This error message will appear in the Activity Log in the description of an activity that has received a Failed status.


What Causes the Issue?

This error is related to some items within the Microsoft Advertising campaigns that are currently not fully synced between the Platform and the publisher; these may be in an EditingHeld or To be Resent status. The system gives out this error for the entire job even when only these items are not fully aligned between the two interfaces.

How to Fix the Issue

1. Go the Activity Log and filter for Held and To be Sent status items.

2. Post items directly related to the publisher of which you are receiving the error message.

3. After these pending operations are completed and all changes have been aligned, the issue should be fixed.

4. Thereafter you can perform a manual sync to remove any remaining irregularities.
