What Is the Issue?

You may come across the following error message when adding new creatives in Microsoft Advertising:
 

What Causes the Issue?

This error occurs when uploading a creative to an ad group which already contains an RAIS (Rich Ads In Search) ad in Microsoft Advertising. Ad groups with RAIS ads cannot have any other type of ads. This is a Microsoft Advertising limitation.

How to Fix the Issue

Just follow these steps:

1. Create a new ad group, or choose an ad group that does not contain any RAIS ads.
2. Re-upload your bulk sheet of creatives with the new or different ad group specified above.

Important Notes
