"Microsoft Advertising Distribution Error 1250" (Microsoft Advertising only)

What Is the Issue?

If you have a Microsoft Advertising account with market/language set to something other than US, CA, or IN, you must target Search and Search Partner for Distribution. Otherwise, the following error may appear:
 

Error: MSN, 1250, Network provided is not valid for the distribution channel.

How to Fix the Issue

Set Distribution target to Search and Search Partners and post to Publisher.
