This error occurs because Yahoo has policies to regulate the creatives submissions. Different policies can cause this error.

• A common example of policy restrictions is related to Display URLs.
• Display URLs should not have more than one directory level.
• Multiple directory levels trigger this error.

How to fix the error

The solution for the directory level restriction is to remove the excessive directory levels and leave only one directory in the Display URL.
