What is the issue?

When trying to create Yahoo! Japan Sponsored Search creatives in the Platform using a bulk sheet, you may encounter the following error message:

What causes the issue?

This problem most commonly occurs when you try to create Yahoo! Japan creatives with the old text ad format, "Text" (single description line with maximum length of 33 characters).

In Yahoo! Japan Sponsored Search, you can no longer create new ads with the old text ad format, as it is not supported anymore.
For the new text ad format, the value should be: Text2 (15-19-19)

How to fix the issue

Note that in order to upload new Yahoo! Japan Sponsored Search creatives using a bulk sheet (with the new text ad format), you need to include the Creative Type column. The field can be populated as follows:

• For the text ad format, the value should be: Text2
• In Japanese, テキスト広告形式の場合: テキスト2
