What is the issue?
You might have seen the following error message when connecting to the platform using a Community Manager account:

What causes the issue?
This error means that you haven’t assigned any pages to your user account or you have assigned pages that aren’t associated to the Facebook account linked to your Media Plan.
how to fix the issue
To fix this issue, follow the instructions listed below.
- First, connect to the platform using an Admin account.
- Then, navigate to the Config drop-down and select Users.
- From there, click on the Edit button ('pencil' icon) next to your Community Manager user.
- Next, assign the correct pages to your Community Manager.
Handy tip: To check all the pages associated to your Media Plan, open your Media Plan, go into the Ad Creator and then open the Destination drop-down list:
- Lastly, make sure to assign the correct Media Plans to your CM.
