The "Awareness" Objective for Twitter

Table of contents

Looking for ways to reach a broader audience? Amplify your Tweets using the Awareness objective for Twitter. This objective allows you to promote your existing or newly created tweets to reach a larger audience. Extend beyond the standard Tweet Engagement campaign by bidding on CPM, rather than Reach.

Designed to be an Always-on Twitter campaign objective, you only pay for impressions. However, you can also designate new bidding goals to:

  • Optimize for Maximum Reach
  • Optimize for Reach with Engagement

In addition to the new bidding goals, you can still achieve any action you wish such as: Follows, retweets, shares, clicks through on links, and so on.

To use the Twitter Awareness objective, simply:

  1. Create a new or modify an existing Media Plan or campaign as usual.
  2. Under the Bidding and Budget Options section, select either:
    • Optimize for Maximum Reach
    • Optimize for Reach with Engagement
  3. Finalize your settings, then Save your Media Plan or Campaign as usual.

That’s all there is to it! For more information, please feel free to reach out to your platform representative directly.
