Conversion Data from Search Ads 360 (DCM) Not Appearing in the Platform

What is the issue?

You may notice that the platform is not showing conversion data from Search Ads 360.

What causes the issue?

This problem is most commonly caused on Search Ads 360 side. When there is something wrong in Search Ads 360, it seems that the platform is not tracking conversions but the data is basically coming from Search Ads 360, so you need to check on Search Ads 360 ​​​​​​side.

How to fix the issue

This is expected behavior, and as such does not require a fix. If that's not the case or you have more questions, please contact our Support Services team, who will be happy to help investigate.
