What Is The Issue?
You attempt to link campaigns into a client account, but run into the following error message:
"Campaign is linked to another client. Unavailable for linking."
What Causes The Issue?
- You are only allowed to link a campaign to one client account. If you attempt to link a campaign to multiple client accounts, you will encounter this error.
- There are two campaigns with the same name. So the duplicate campaign cannot sync with the platform.
How To Fix The Issue
- Log into your client account and unlink the campaign. Once it has finished unlinking, you can link the campaign into a different client account.
- You can simply rename the campaign that has the duplicate name.
