What Is The Issue?
You may notice that certain tabs within the platform, particularly the main tabs such as Dimensions, Keywords and Campaigns, are occasionally slow to load or perhaps do not load at all.
For example, you may click into a tab and see the Processing… message and a loading icon indefinitely or longer than expected.
What Causes The Issue?
This is a rare problem which is usually related to server lag. When the platform is very busy or there are technical issues, loading speed can be affected.
How To Fix The Issue
Because this is an unusual problem, we generally recommend that you wait for a short time; server lag will usually resolve itself quickly.
