Rows in Recurring Reports are Incomplete or End at 100,000

When comparing a one-time report with a recurring report, you may notice a discrepancy between the total number of rows. More specifically, the recurring report will have fewer rows than the one-time report – most likely ending at 100,000 rows.

What Causes The Issue?

This problem is not a fault, rather it is because of a limitation of recurring reports. These reports are capped at 100,000 rows, so if more data than that exists, it will not be displayed within the recurring report.

Please note that the total number of rows in the downloaded file is likely to be 100,010. The additional 10 rows are the report description and column headers.

How To Fix The Issue

The best way to solve this problem is to run your reports manually each week. Reports which are run manually are executed without a limit on the number of rows.

In some cases it may be possible to increase the number of rows returned for all recurring reports by speaking with your platform representative. Alternatively, you can discuss the implementation of a data passback solution. We recommend this if you have many high-volume recurring reports.
