There are a number of reasons why your upload may fail when using MarinOne's bulk upload functionality.
Please read through the list below before contacting our Customer Support team -- your issue may have a very quick and easy fix.
Possible Reasons For Failed Uploads
Please check that the following are true of your bulk sheet upload:
- The upload contains the correct column headers (such as Account) and that these headers are spelled correctly.
- All items are in the correct columns.
- If uploading a file, it is saved as a Unicode .txt or .csv file.
If any of the above is the case, simply reverse the condition causing the failure then re-upload your bulk sheet. It should then upload successfully.
Please note that you can download the file associated with the failed upload job by clicking on the Activity Log and downloading the associated file (available from the Description column). This may give you more context and details about why your upload failed. Often if specific error messages are listed, you can copy/paste your error message into the search box here in our help center to learn more.
