When working with bulk uploads in the Platform, you may notice that your upload will fail if the columns are named incorrectly. For example, Account would process correctly, whereas Accounts would fail.
This problem often occurs when a users tries to upload to the Platform using bulk sheets which they've downloaded from external sources such as Google Ads.
To ensure your bulk upload processes correctly, be sure that all of the column names are accurate.
To double-check, you can head to any of the Bulk Add/Edit pages (via the left-hand side of any main grid). On this page you'll find a list of required and optional column headers. Ensure that your bulk sheet spelling matches those shown on this page and the problem should be solved.
