We all forget our password from time to time, but don't worry. Our platform makes it easy to solve this issue if it happens to you.
How To Request A New Password
Simply follow the steps below and you'll be logged in again in no time.
- From the platform login screen, click Forgot Password.
- Enter your email address, then click Send.
- You should receive an email to the address you specified. Note: If you don't receive this email, please check your spam or junk folders.
- Follow the instructions in the email and you will be able to log in successfully.
- If you log in using a replacement password from us, we'd always recommend changing your password to something memorable but secure.
- Admin users can also force a password reset on behalf of any user by navigating to Settings > Clients & Users > Users then clicking on the relevant name. Simply select the Force Password Reset checkbox, then click Save at the bottom of the page.
