Keywords Upload with Errors in the Activity Log

When uploading keywords, the upload looks successful but you may encounter the following error message:

Operation needs to be re-sent to publisher because of the following processing errors: [A concurrency problem occurred as two users were attempting to modify same object. Please re-try your action.]

What Causes The Issue?

This problem is most commonly caused by one of the following reasons:

  1. Having some objects in Error to be resent status.
  2. Uploading multiple bulk sheets containing the same items and pushing at the same time.

This keeps the errors in the Activity Log.

How To Fix The Issue

The issue could be due to Google Enhanced Campaigns migration. The keywords are usually posted to publishers successfully, but if not, and you notice any issues with the keywords, please contact our Customer Support team, who will be happy to help investigate.
