After performing a bulk upload of Microsoft creatives, you may encounter this error message in the Activity Log:
Error: Destination URL is required
What Causes The Issue?
This error message is received when new creatives are uploaded without a Destination URL if either:
- The existing keywords in the groups of the new creatives do not have Destination URLs.
- No keywords are present in the groups of the new creatives being added.
How To Fix The Issue
A Destination URL is required for creatives because all ads require a landing page. You may later upload keywords with keyword-level Destination URLs.
