Missing or Incorrect Data using Google Shared Libraries

What is the issue?

After running a Google report, there is either missing data or incorrect data.

What causes the issue?

Missing data or incorrect data may be a result of ads located in Shared Libraries.

Note: As of February 11th, 2015, Google no longer allows users to share ads across multiple ad groups or campaigns using the Shared Library. Ads within the Shared library will be copied to all the ad groups they were originally shared with.

Marin does not currently support Google Shared Libraries and is therefore unable to access or sync Shared Library audiences, budgets, or any other objects that have been saved to the Shared Library.

How to fix the issue

To resolve this issue, delete any objects from Shared Libraries and recreate them in the main campaigns section of Google Ads.
