When bulk uploading creatives, you may notice that the process is taking longer than expected – or that the operation simply won't complete at all.
This problem is most commonly caused by having an invalid character such as � in the headline and/or the description line in your bulk sheet. You can check if that's the case by opening the bulk sheet in the Activity Log.
When you edit the bulk sheet, make sure to save as Unicode Text and then upload it in the Platform. This prevents Excel from changing any letter into an invalid character.
