Creating the Date of Conversion Report from the All Clients View

Introduction

You may want to run the Date of Conversion report from the All Clients view, but the Platform currently doesn't support that. However, you can achieve these results by running the following report.

How to Create the Date of Conversion Report

  1. Go to the account with Date of Conversion enabled.
     
  2. From the Home tab, click the History sub-tab.
     
  3. At the bottom of the Date Range settings box, select the Date of Conversion icon.
     
  4. Click Create Report in the upper-right of the grid.
     
  5. From the Run In drop-down menu, select All clients in this customer, and create the report.

Additional Information

  • The accounts without Date of Conversion tracking enabled won't show any data in the report.
     
  • This report cannot be created as Recurring report, so please run the report manually as necessary.
