"The specified report request contains at least one account for which you have insufficient privileges to access" Error Message

What is the issue?

If you try to run/pull a report across multiple client accounts but the report fails and you receive the following error message:

Error: com.marin.mscm.services.ServiceFault: The specified report request contains at least one account for which you have insufficient privileges to access.

What causes this issue

This error occurs when you try to run a report for an account that you do not have access to in the Platform.

How to fix the issue

Review which accounts you don’t have access to and remove them from the report set up. Re-run the report, and it should process as normal.
