When looking at the Reports section of the All Clients View (accessible via the drop-down menu in the upper-right of the screen), you may notice that you cannot locate one or all of your previously created report templates. This means you will be unable to view, edit or delete these templates.
This is a known behavior of the platform and can be solved by following the process outlined below.
To view specific reports from the All Clients View, you must access this view from the client that contains the relevant report.
For example, if you had two clients: Pow Pow Sports and Pow Pow Sports China, and you wanted to see a report built for the former, you’d need to click All Clients from the drop-down when inside of the Pow Pow Sports client. By doing so, you will be able to access the reports for that client.
