Data in Created Alerts is Not Accurate

What is the issue?

You create an alert with some filters to specify when the alert should work; however, when the alert is triggered, the data contained within it is not accurate.

For example, you may choose to have an alert which shows only accounts where day by day change in publisher cost is greater than 20%. However, when the alert is triggered, there is actually no change in the relative accounts and/or the data in the report is not accurate.

What causes the issue?

This problem is most likely caused by the relative accounts being updated when the report is pulled. You can re-run the report to see whether all data is correct.

How to fix the issue

This is expected behavior, and as such does not require a fix. If the above is not the case or you have more questions, please contact our Support Services team, who will be happy to help investigate.
