When trying to run a a recurring report, you're redirected to the Dashboard page in the Platform, and the report does not get kicked off. You may also come across an error where you are unable to view your columns in the report preview.
This problem most commonly occurs when there are multiple recurring reports with the same name.
This is a known issue with the Platform. Our engineers are aware of it and we will endeavor to fix the problem in a future release.
In the meantime you can use the workarounds below to resolve the issue.
