New Campaigns

You will need to add the Instagram account at the Media Plan level:
 

1. Navigate to the Media Plan and click on Parameters.

2. Click on Select an Instagram actor ID.

3. Select the appropriate Instagram account.
    

In the future, this Instagram account will be used by default for all newly created campaigns. Facebook will use this Instagram account and deliver your ads on Instagram.

existing campaigns have not been synced

If you have existing campaigns displaying this error message, follow these steps:
 

1. Select the campaign and click on the Mass Editor.
2. Click on the Instagram Page column.
3. Select the Instagram account and click on Ad.
4. Select your ad set and sync it.
