Determining Which Boost Campaign Received a Sync Error


When syncing a boost campaign, you receive an error message however, you are uncertain which campaign has caused the error.

How do you solve the issue?

To find the campaign that caused the sync error, you have two options:

1. Check the Campaign dashboard – the campaign which is out of sync would be the one with the error

2. In the Message Booster, check every boost individually. A boost with a sync error will have an icon in front of it
