The Google Ads Conversion Optimizer allows you to decide exactly how optimization / bidding will take place on Google's end. Note that this setting does not affect Marin bidding if you are using it.
There are a couple of different options that you can choose from for this metric, as follows:

With this setting, all conversions are counted. For example, if a user clicks on your ad and converts 10 times, 10 conversions will be tracked for the purposes of Google Ads optimization / bidding.
To enable the ability to switch between these two Google Ads bidding options in the Platform, please reach out to your Platform representative and ask them to enable the ability to edit the Google conversion bid metric. Once enabled, you will be able to edit this setting in the Linking Wizard for your Google accounts.
