Recovering a Forgotten Password

Introduction

We all forget our password from time to time, but don't worry. Our Platform makes it easy to solve this issue if it happens to you.

How to request a new password

Simply follow the steps below and you'll be logged in again in no time.

  1. From the Platform login screen, click I forgot my password.
  2. In the Returning Clients box, enter your email address, then click Submit.
  3. You should receive an email from the Platform to the address you specified. Note: If you don't receive this email, please check your spam or junk folders.
  4. Follow the instructions in the email and you will be able to log in successfully.

Additional notes

  • If you log in using a replacement password from us, we'd always recommend changing your password to something memorable but secure.
  • Admin users can also force a password reset on behalf of any user by navigating to Admin > Users then clicking on the relevant name. Simply select the Force Password Reset checkbox, then click Save at the bottom of the page.
