"Account Linking In Progress" Continuously

What is the Issue?

When linking a new Publisher Client Account in the Linking Wizard, you may experience an error where the Linking Wizard will continue to display 'Account Linking in Progress'.

What Causes the Issue?

This issue is caused by an internal error on the Platform side.
