When going to the Campaigns > Devices sub-tab, the All Publishers totals on the bottom of the grid appear incorrectly. The reason for this is that the totals are not including data for Google and not including Microsoft.
This currently occurs for accounts with a Facebook account linked in. Accounts without a Facebook account linked in will not experience this issue. Our engineers are investigating the issue and working on resolving it as soon as possible.
When in the Devices tab, click on a single publisher on the filters on the left side. Then click on the Back button on your browser, which should take you back to the Devices tab for All Publishers. This should also update the totals for all Google and Microsoft devices in this view.
If this is still not working, try using Firefox as your browser as this workaround has shown varying amount of success in Chrome and Internet Explorer browsers.
